I’M GINA
I am an Austin-based art director and creative leader with 10+ years of designing, directing teams, and navigating ambiguity. My foundation is technical, my instinct is process-driven, and my leadership style is unapologetically people-first. I thrive on the shared investment of a tight-knit team, where reciprocated appreciation and genuine consideration make the work feel less like a grind and more like summer camp.
I always make a list, and I always measure twice
My journey into the visual arts started with bronze casting and woodturning, it’s where I first learned the motto, “measure twice, cut once.” Cue my passion for process and procedure within the creative arts. Soon after I made my way to graphic design where I found the perfect mix of creativity, technicality, and unlimited possibility – all just a shortcut and a click away! And in 2014, I graduated with my BA in Studio Art from Wheaton College.
Currently, I am a Designer at Cosm and the Shop Owner/Maker behind Cover to Cover Creative.
